Yeah, there's cases where what he said would/could most likely be true, but it's going to be false more than not. You also have to remember many people sub the stats of their Zhelm to use it to its fullest potential. In that case, not only would the Pumpkin Hat be worse, it would prevent them from using their weapon.

2 att pumpkin gives 10 more range than my clean zak helm.
