also, GET THIS. I didn't know this but it seems that, the landlord's not even giving my mother a lease for this place. WE'VE BEEN HERE SINCE SEPTEMBER AND WE'VE NEVER HAD A LEASE FOR THIS PLACE. OH GOD THIS SITUATION JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER.
