why am I laughing so hard? (the videos serve as my internal laughing. I am literally laughing to that trifecta level of laughter.)

She's being thrown out if she can't come up with the money to stay here.
She requires me to have that money so she can stay here.

also, GET THIS. I didn't know this but it seems that, the landlord's not even giving my mother a lease for this place. WE'VE BEEN HERE SINCE SEPTEMBER AND WE'VE NEVER HAD A LEASE FOR THIS PLACE. OH GOD THIS SITUATION JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER.
