Item Rating(potential) and Enhancement(star) System

Wow, really? How common is this, I spent over 150 cubes on my staff and it had 2 bonuses every single time x_x

The girl who owns the 15 attack cape is also my friend too. I coulda sworn she had 2 bonuses on the cape yesterday when she smegad it. Now she claims there are 3. Too bad the item is item locked. >__>

Well i guess there's proof that bonuses can go from 2 to 3, but none yet of going from 3 to 2. Guess that means miracle cubing is always a good thing?

Can you post a screenshot? I am really doubtful because I spam cubes to no avail.

It's impossible to go from a 2 liner to a 3 liner and vice versa.
Why?
Example:
In KMS people sell 2 liner HTPs for 50 M while 3 liners are 80-100M regardless if the stats is crap.
Some of them even reset the stats of 2 liner HTPs and keep them unidentified and claim its a 3 liner to make profit.
