I have to be able to do like 45-50 for navy stuff. If I go a long time without exercising, however, I lose the ability to do them and can do 15-20.

Is there any article on the average amount an average non-geek person can manage? That way I can feed my mind more that I'm still normal. Goggleemoticon

I try to do 35 4 second push up's every night. It's better if you arch your feet on the bed and get an arch so you have to hold yourself up.

I fail, I can only do 28.... Frown kids in my school just f6 me as they are in the 50's without stopping. but the pacer i'm a fucking legend! 145 Bitches!

Anyways- When I train a try to get in about 5 sets of 15.
So jumping out about 60 was tough, but not too tough.

I can do 50+...but I don't know what timeframe this is based off of. A minute? Three days? Until you have to rest? Stunned

Push-ups in what way? There are speed push-ups with average or sloppy forms (most people do this <_< . . .), or ones that are done 'slowly' and done with 'perfect' forms. I prefer the 2nd, if doing this the 2nd method, most I can do is like 25. I'm not going to lie, it's shitty, but that's what I can do.
