KMST 1.2.513 - Anticlimactic

The skill does no longer have a cap based on this, yes, but the skill is still entirely useless. I'm going to assume Dorothy has the highest mp of any single monster in the game, and she has 1.5 mil mp. 1% of that is 15,000, and 50x that is 750,000. Now, I'm all for free damage but this is seriously pitiful, lol.

So in short, Dual Blades got a pretty nice increase (60 second CD asura), Mercedes got a little touch up, Buccaneers got a few increases, and the rest are pretty much animations.

Finally.. AB's don't have an absolutely useless buff. I wonder how long it will soak in for the community to actually start using the buff again haha.

I don't get it. Did they finally change it so Demon Avengers can switch between Exceed skills without resetting the counter?

Yes, it is tied in with that. It looks like it will be a fight against Gelimer instead of the Black Mage himself, but who knows what this plot will reveal...

Did anyone notice that the Black Heaven airship is designed based on the shape of a killer whale? Come to think of it, "Orca" means Killer Whale, plus TaiwanMS just directly names Orca as "杀人鲸", which is Killer Whale in Chinese. No wonder Orca & Suu play a really important part in this whole Black Heaven Storyline. Did anyone expect a Killer Whale boss (that'd be huge!) in the future? Since it is Black Mage who gives Orca & Suu human form , who knows he will turn them into a hideous killer whale...who knows?

Sounds really amused that all the Black Mage Commanders have an animal theme in them:

Arkarium ---> Snake
Magnus ---> Dragon
Will ---> Spider
Hilla ---> Dog (?)
Lucid ---> Elf
Damian ---> Demon

There's a new bitmap header (1026) that Fiel haven't figured out. Not like I understand this but seems like quite a serious deal. Longing to see all of them.

Can elves be considered animals? I think Legolas might take offense to that.

Well, in any case, Guwaru isn't a Black Mage General anymore.

Also, this looks very interesting. But I see no fights against Black Mage or major Black Wings members, such as Gelimer himself. So I hope it's just the beginning.

I also see Francis the Puppeteer and Baroq, Master of Disguise. I hope that they will finally be inoffensive after this.
