For sticky keys, you have to go into settings, and manually click the button to turn them off.

I'm running on Media Center as well, but I see the Accessibility Options, mind taking a picture of your Control Panel? What service pack do you have installed? And what Unicode are you running?

That's... really odd. I've never seen that happen before. Have you re-installed Windows recently or is it still the factory installation?

I did a reformat a couple weeks ago, hmmm maybe thats it.....
But I lost my disk awile back. My HP allowed me to reformat to factory settings without disc.

That's the only reason I can think of it not appearing for you, possibly something got messed up on the reformatting of it. If worst comes to worst, just reset to factory installation again.

For your language problems try going to the "Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options" and go to the advanced tab. Then select the language you want from the drop down menu. This is usually the second step in installing the East Asian language pack. Maybe that will work. Maybe it won't...
