Cant see asian languages, and Stickykeys? - FallenMemory - 2009-01-10 I have a problem where I can't see japanese or chinese on file names. They just come up as question marks or jibberish. I can see them in my browser just no anywhere else. It looks like this: ![]() I also DO have the Install East Asian Languages box check under languages and regional options. HALP. PS: I also have another problem, If I hold down shift, the filterkey/stickykey window pops up. It says " To disable press settings". I press settings and then nothing happens. I lack the foler also in my CTRl Panel where stickykeys would be located. As you can see in classic view i have no accesability options.

Have you re-installed Windows recently or is it still the factory installation? My HP allowed me to reformat to factory settings without disc. If worst comes to worst, just reset to factory installation again. Then select the language you want from the drop down menu. This is usually the second step in installing the East Asian language pack. Maybe that will work. Maybe it won't...
