Crème Brûlée

Wanted to do this for awhile now, but never gotten to it until I recently looked for something more challenging, so after some time of research and material gathering, here it is:

Eggs
Vanilla Pod
Caster Sugar
Cream
Milk

I have also seen many recipes, and quantities also vary, but for reference, I used this and this.

 Process

End Result: Excellent and then Biggrin

Next time I am adjusting quantities to fill my full set of 6 ramekins, and maybe get some milk (used more cream instead) for it too, as there was only a big carton available and I had no idea how this one would turn out just yet.
