There any specific list of monsters who drop this? OR all the monsters drop it?

I'm pretty sure it's all monsters except the ones in Crimsonwood Keep, Leafre, New Leaf City, and Singapore.

I have no idea, actually. I'm guessing no, since Singapore is World Tour, and Zipangu might be World Tour...but I'm not sure...

I got them from Victoria, El Nath and Orbis monsters. None from CWK stuff.

I don't know if all of aqua road monsters are this way or just a few. But gobies and bone fish DON'T drop the rascal snow pieces either.

Anyone test Magatia's mobs? Training there's gonna suck if they don't drop. <_<

No. Go all the way to Orbis, and then you find one.

Hime doesnt, sadly, but water golbin does.

I can confirm that STDs drop them, too. So yes to Mu Lung and most likely, Herb Town.
