If they thought that, they REALLY haven't paid attention to their playerbase in any of the 8ish years they've been in service.

Lv.200 Beginner, the age old challenge.

Giant potions are more than just cosmetic?

W Def + 700
Buff duration + 100% (on top of the 50%)
MA +60
number of hits +1
-6% cooldown
3% mp recovery over 10 sec
+3% primary stats
MP + 20%

@Forte : shadowers speed caps applies to speed ...

@Zelkova : not OP when Global got their sswis cheese that adds +220 MA!!!

@alloy: never!

Okay. So please explain why some classes get really strong link skills "+30/50 WA" while others get complete crap. "+10/20% MP".
Hell why are the link skills the exact same as character cards anyways? What is the point of that?

They make you able to inflict touch damage, but you can't use any skills while giantsed. I dunno how much touch damage though.

This has strayed so far off topic that it is now its own thread.

I was wondering if it'd end up like that. Gotta agree.

Anyway, one thing you have to have in mind about link skills is that the classes with it have it from the start. So Night lords directly getting 3 hits from Lucky seven is just stupid. It has to be slight buffs that fit the class and can be useful for most other classes.

Not an issue if you're a perma beginner though.

Anyways, I was thinking of Warriors (or perhaps one of the Warriors) give a small stance effect boost as a Link Skill.

Or perhaps 5~8% Guard Rate from pallys?

+% HP isn't crap

for low hp classes they need that amount of hp

still in the middle of what goes into what skill

Heros : WA+30/+50
Paladin : W def +700/+1400; +30% to block
Dark Knight : HP +10%/20%

Bishop : buff duration + 50%/100%
I/L AM : MA +30/+50
F/P AM : DOT +6/12sec; 40% damage over 6 sec, 80% damage over 12 sec

XBM : cap + 5%/10%
BM : min critical + 5%/10%

NL : number of hits + 1/2
Shadow : speed cap + 20/40
DB : instant kill +3%/6%

Captain : max critical + 5%/10%
Vipers : summons + 50%/100%

Soul Master : WA +30/50
Flame Wizard : MA +30/50
Wind Breaker : cap + 5%/10%
Nightwalker : number of hit +1/2
Striker : summon + 50%/100%

BAM : +3%/6% damage absorbed
WH : - 6%/12% cooldown
Mech: +3/6% primary stat

Aran : 3% hp recovery over 10 sec; 6% hp recovery over 5 sec

Evan: 3% mp recovery over 10 sec; 6% mp recovery over 5 sec

I didn't even say anything about +%HP, but adding extra hits to skills is stupidly OP, and having +20/40 speed is stupidly bad.

Yeah, I like @Endgame's link for Shads -- +droprate is thematically appropriate (and not OP, considering the Merc link skill). I would have it just +meso droprate, though, personally. Or maybe lv1 is +10% meso droprate and lv2 is +10% all droprate?

Also, considering sins' former rep as fast KSers, perhaps NLs should increase attack speed slightly. I don't know how much, though; it's not a stat I've even really considered until recently.
