What is "good" music?
Russt Wrote:Gasp, it's Air on the G String. (Edit: Whoops. When I originally posted this I skimmed over your sentences. Eh, post still makes sense.)

Same, performed by a real live Flute Quartet

Certain Bach pieces have something about them that really resonates with me and this is one of them. Here's another one.

 Partita in A Minor

God I love the sound of a flute played well.

I was originally going to post something else I had in mind (and actually non-classical!) when I saw the title of this thread but this post is long enough and I think I'll save it for another day.

Yeah, I agree with you on that! I never enjoyed classical music too much growing up as a kid, but it just sorta grew onto me. Bach's stuff really hits you hard if you're listening to it to hear the emotions of the song, sometimes, it actually calls out an emotion out of me whenever I listen to "Air on the G String". I can't really explain why I like the song, but it's just a nice song to listen to, especially at night.

Not going to lie, but once at night, I brought my laptop outside, and set it on a table and just listened to Air on the G String all night while smoking a cigar. I just star-gazed the entire night by myself, I just felt at peace and really calm while listening to it. Also, the Flute Quartet is amazingly done! Oh my.. g-

Music that I like is music that's good. Music that I don't like? It sucks.

Deal with it.
