Perhaps a solution to the "what class" threads?

Why did it seem like at least half of the questions were not relevant to a class at all. How does knowing if you mind patch extensions,kick hackers from ur guild, or if you get scammed matter to what class you pick. And it seemed like most the answers didn't cover all the possibilities some I was like where is the don't care button(Nexon/Wizet question).

one of things that supplies these which class should i play threads is the idea of DPM charts. just seeing the raw calculated numbers without looking into how the calculation was made or what armor was coded in to make the calculation convinces the simple minded people to change jobs, or unsure to change jobs.

Are you going to crosscheck all combinations so you can see the connections like you said in your first post? What you get now is "wow there's more people with a lv 40+ aran than DK's". Well duuh? I wanne know if people enjoyed playing a DK if they also like playing a jobX.
Or 160 people have a mechanic, and only 106 people enjoyed playing it. That is interesting information, but it doesn't explicitly show that only 66% of all people liked playing their mechanic, while 91% enjoyed their marksman.

Yes, I'm going to crosscheck, of course. Right now everything is raw data and I need to analysis it. I actually have every person's data separated from the rest (and not in a pool) so yes, after some analysis I'll find out that if you enjoy class X you might like class Y.

At the top of my head only like 60% of people liked their DW... ouch. And I was surprised that most people liked post-BB better than pre-BB.

This is a good survey. Not a good measure of deciding classes, but a good measure of collecting raw data based on opinion.

Since you've already added and changed a few of the answers since you first posted this I want to suggest you add a neither option to the 'Henehoeing or training?' question. Also, a 'Yeah, I know, but I don't care.' option to the 'You do know that merchanting is really the best way to earn money, right?' question. And, 'I don't care.' to the 'DPS charts your thing?' question.

I would also like to see a middle option for 'Before making a new character...', as in 'I look a few things up to get a general idea.".
