A more useful way to do it would to limit each player to being able report each individual character once a day.
However, instead of being a true ticket, the report would act as a flag.
This way, GMs could be auto-alerted to a player that receives enough flags within a certain period.
They could then, you know, actually investigate to find out if something fishy was going on.
It should be much easier (and less time consuming) for a GM to be able to see a list of who has been flagged and check it out than to sift through a buttload of reports.
Would be even easier to flag the map, not the hacker.
We all know where they are, but Nexon apparently doesn't. After they get a dozen or three reports about, say, Dead Mine III, they could just send someone there, all servers all channels, and mass-ban a whole lot of those flying teleporting botting mages.
