You must not play very often if you think rollbacks and delays are their only problem. Besides the fact that the game feels like it's still in pomegranate beta state, there are the hackers, exploiters, the general holier-than-thou douchebaggery, avarice, terrible security, lack of self-culpability, pay-to-win system, atrocious customer service, and much more. There's a reason I quit after 4 years, and it's not because I lost my arms. Also Hime is a stupid plum. (And no, I have not been banned)
