100 White Scrolls for 200mil

I saw someone with this (mush) shop in FM yet I wasn't able to make the purchase. Why is that?

My character was level 17, was that the problem? Or was there another issue?

He has 1.935ish+ billion.

If someone has enough mesos so they'll go over the meso cap once the items are sold, nobody is able to buy the items. That's why you see some really godly items in shops sometimes worth more than they are priced, but never sold.

Pretty much this. The guy's most likely just showing off the fact that he HAS 100 White Scrolls.

I saw a shop like this, a lot of great scrolled equips for one meso.
