Two questions

1) Can we transfer into Galicia yet? One would assume so since new servers are out, but double checking.
2) Is MP gain still based on INT amount like pre-BB? I remember either Fiel or Dusk made a thread or a post about it somewhere but I can't find it anymore.

1) I heard talk that Galicia was still marked as "new". =/

I do believe that MP gain is still INT based. Otherwise a WHOLE lot of mages just got screwed out of potentially thousands of MP.

2) Tested it in Tespia and 10int still gives one extra MP
