1) Can we transfer into Galicia yet? One would assume so since new servers are out, but double checking.
2) Is MP gain still based on INT amount like pre-BB? I remember either Fiel or Dusk made a thread or a post about it somewhere but I can't find it anymore.

I do believe that MP gain is still INT based. Otherwise a WHOLE lot of mages just got screwed out of potentially thousands of MP.
