divine shield is passive
it's active often enough that it does more for your damage than MW, too

HH has 100% accuracy all the time allowing training on mobs lv 8-9 above your lvl. -> Am training on nest golems @lv 143
I know it's not much xD but I still love the attack and will defend it till the end of time!

I use 3 macros,
1) CO, Lightning, Booster -> always useful
2) Stance, MW, PG -> more defensively useful
3) dHB, Iron Body -> Iron Body is kinda meh, dHB's always good
Since Fire/Ice/Holy aren't always useful they're on separate hotkeys so I can choose which to use.
Right now the timers match up well (180/200/200s, 80/90/100s, 240/300s) but MW is going to last longer once I put more points in it, so I'll probably move it to the third macro with dHB.
Combat Orders and MW are the only ones that cast faster on a rope, so it might also be worth macroing those two together.

I find HH always useful if there are a lot of mobs on screen. Then rush them to kill em easily. Plus after they get aggro'd by HH they come closer to you.
