Funny thing, my ticket got closed last week.

It took them 8 months and 3 weeks to tell me this. -insert rage-
Meh. Whatever. It's Nexon, I expected nothing less than horrible customer service.

Not to hijack your thread or anything, but in my original ticket I said "If we don't hear back from you soon we will contact law enforcement."
This was more of a threat than what you said, and they didn't respond at all about it o.O

Yours was an automated response. Chameleonic's wasn't.
