So I can no longer submit a Ticket about this issue? All I said was, and I quote "Is somebody going to lift this wrongful ban or do I have to look at getting a Lawyer involved?". I didnt "threaten" them. You cant blame be for being frustrated after waiting 9 freaking months. God they are touchy. Pineapple Nexon.

I'd make a new character and forget all about your Marksman. Lets list pros and cons!
Pros.
I take it the marksman is from the old days of MS. Perhaps with stupid stuff like too much STR and points in HP? You wont make those misstakes again starting fresh!
You get to enjoy the MS from scratch with Big bang and its easier leveling!
There is no monster book so your potential loss is nullified!
Cons.
Loss of NX if you have HP washed or had some permanent NX gear.
Starting over after taking one character to 17X (?).
Loss of mesos, if you had a few hundred mils it would be annoying to start at 0.
I don't see the cons beating the pros here, and as I recall it you did buy those hacked items, so it is not all that unfair either. If you like Maple that much, and I take it you do since you are still here at SP, go roll a new character and make it awesome!

Apparently the mention of a lawyer gives them an excuse to completely ignore you from now on. Not that they haven't been doing it for so long, but yeah.
They also hope you will inform the community, so that *we* all learn better than to threaten them with legal action (unless we really mean to follow through).
Bloody a-holes.
And yeah, I'd say you're pineappled, unless your account ends up in some automated unbanning sweep they make (due to some invisible criterion).

This is when you forget about your loss and start anew. This Big Bang patch is the perfect time to start over. I mean, there's no reason to keep worrying about what happened, since it's fairly obvious that you won't get your account back. Either stop whining and move on, or start fresh. Like other people were saying when reading this on the Southperry Skype chat, by this time, you probably could have built up a new, better account than the one you lost. I understand the frustration in losing money spent on the game -- I've been there before -- but there's times in which you must realize that there's nothing you can do. Just quit or start over.

I had a ticket open for more than 1 year, about the wedding glitch, and my ticket about my account was open for like 10 months.
I suggest you to stop replying to that ticket, when my account got banned, after 4 months w/o a reply from nexon, i wrote a comment on my ticket saying I didn't care about my account anymore, that it could remain banned and that i wouldn't buy nx anymore, after 2 weeks, they replied to my ticket. lol

Sorry, buddy, but you did threaten them. No seriously, let's look past the ridiculousness of the situation and avoid semantical arguments here. It is what it is.
You guys forget that Nexon is a corporation, and like all corporations, they are prone to be sued...a lot. Because of the overly litigious society we live in (where you can file a complaint for literally any stupid reason,) anytime the word "lawyer" is mentioned, even if joking, they must be taken seriously. Your responses should take the same insincere, carefully crafted and rather vague tone that their more than likely copy and pasted responses have, so you don't give them any excuse to cut off communication.
I don't agree with it, and I sympathize with you, but take this as a lesson on words to avoid when communicating with a company, not just Nexon, but any company in general. At least until tort reform takes place in the USA.

The only reason I was here or playing Maple was because I firmly believed I would get my account back and I was just mucking around while I was waiting. Without it I have no interest in continuing.
CarrionCrow I lost more than a few hundred mill, a lot more. With todays economy probably close to 20+Bil in items and meso pluss some NX, not to mention my prized porcupine, skunk, orange tiger, lv 30 monkey and other pets as well as other untradeable things like the thousands of hours over 4 and a half years I put into it...without my MM account I have no motivation to do anything.
I know most people dont understand how attachment I am to it...

Ah, since you always complain how weak your MM is I thought you were kind of poor. 20b would easily 1337ify any class. The iTCG pets thing I get, would be a crushing blow. I'd downright quit if they stole my Black Dragon. I also get your attachement, I was merely trying cheer you up a tad and make it sound like the loss wasn't so bad.

Not to hijack your thread or anything, but in my original ticket I said "If we don't hear back from you soon we will contact law enforcement."This was more of a threat than what you said, and they didn't respond at all about it o.O
