I was surprised to see shelly de killer in the trailer, apparently he is part of case 1. I hope they fill some loopholes betwen the Phoenix wright - Apolo justice los timeline.

It was kind of questionable, since the guy working behind the gyakuten games preety muhc decided to end the series there and continue ghost detective.

There is also a rumor based on twitter that Level 5 is working in an Ace attorney game.

This. I allways thought that Apollo Justice simply left out a lot of holes, maybe it was intended so that the player could imagine what happened next, but they simply screamed sequel with the ending.

But AAI seems to fillsome loopholes in the series continuity and actually conect to AJ, I guess we just ahve to wait and see.
