Best program to bypass area IP blocking by nexon

I'm in Brazil and I wanted to try and have an account for a mule (most likely an HB mule). Is there a good way to do it?

You could try convincing a friend in America to make an account for you. Shouldn't be any problem since it's just a HB mule.

The IP block isn't about where the account is created. You just can't play any account that's too new (after some specific date) on a brazilian IP.

A program won't help you; You either need an account older than the IP ban that someone is willing to give you, or a proxy, which is more about the network it's on than the software used to reach it.

I use a combination of HTTP-tunnel and proxifier to run a ringmule.

Try following the step by step instructions that were provided in the link.

1. On the AOL Sign On screen, click the Connect Options button.

2. Click the Advanced Broadband Settings link.

3. Click the Continue button.

4. Click the Add a Broadband profile link. (Its in the top left corner of the Broadband tab you have to click on the drop-down menu that will be just under the sentence You are currently editing settings for.

5. In the Profile Name: box, type "MapleStory" or something like it so you remeber what profile this is, then click the Add button.

6. Abit further down you have the Connection Type click on the drop-down menu to open it, then select "Home Network" option by clicking it.

7. Click the Save button.

8. Now when you are back at the Sign on screen you just have to change the
Connection: drop-down menu to your profile "MapleStory"

Now all you have to do is logon to your aol account and you will have a american ip to run MapleStory with .

I am using hotspotshield (hotspotshield.com) for new accounts, mabinogi/DF works just fine for me, in Brazil.
