You could try convincing a friend in America to make an account for you. Shouldn't be any problem since it's just a HB mule.

The IP block isn't about where the account is created. You just can't play any account that's too new (after some specific date) on a brazilian IP.

A program won't help you; You either need an account older than the IP ban that someone is willing to give you, or a proxy, which is more about the network it's on than the software used to reach it.

Eu uso o AOL dialer, nunca tive problemas, só da um pouco de lag, mas deixa logar qualquer conta.

I did all this AOL thingy but I can't find the Dialer in it.

I just sign on my account and all but the maple site still blocks me out.

Try following the step by step instructions that were provided in the link.

2. Click the Advanced Broadband Settings link.
