People could log on your account and retrieve your PIC just by knowing the username (no password, no pin, no email). Nexon's security isn't spectacular and telling anybody your login info is a bad bad idea. There's no way to change the username, so once anyone knows it, it's just a matter of time until you get boned.

I just checked - you need to log in to change your PIC, so they have to get the password first.

Nexon should require ticket inquiries for deletion of any characters over level 50. The same way account withdrawal works.
