Error: charging NX

(I'm not sure if this is the right section...but!):

Earlier today I was trying to give my account 5k NX by using the website/paypal. Unfortunately, when the popup window closed, the "Please wait" went to:

I don't think there's a problem with my Paypal or connected credit card...I actually used this exact same method less than a week ago to charge 5k NX, and I haven't purposely changed anything since then.

Is there something I did that screwed it up?

A lot of ppl get that error out of nowhere, paypal just fails! Tongue

Yeah, it's not you, it's Nexon's verification system. It's very glitchy. I've had that same problem off and on (as of right now its working). I contacted Nexon when it first happened, and they said that I need to contact Paypal. According to paypal everything was correct, so I just let it go and picked up the cash cards for awhile instead. I tried again about a month later and it was working again. I don't think you can fix it, you just have to reattempt later.

Kind of a strange error, but luckily I can pick up NX cards pretty easily. I'd rather sit on my butt and use the website though. Rolleyes

lol, i have been getting a different type of error while trying to charge via paypal.

This was my ticket:
Quote:There seems to be a problem while trying to charge NX using my paypal account now. I successfully log into paypal and submit the order, however the normal receipt page doesn't appear. Instead an error page appears that states the following :
" An existing Paypal account is on record for this Passport ID. Please, use the appropriate Paypal account until the reset date."
This is the same paypal account and email I've used for nearly 3 years, I'm unsure why I'm getting this message.

I get the error saying "There is already a paypal account used on file for this account" or some crap. I only have 1 paypal. I don't know what the hell is going on and Nexon is saying its paypals fault.

I'm getting the same thing. Then i found this, explaining why. Putting random address for my mapleid was a bad idea i guess.
