What you do when a girl you know is suffering?

Guy: "I LOVE YOU GO OUT WITH ME PLS."

Makes perfect sense. o.o

Asking her to go out now: retarded

Being there for her and eventually asking her to go out: fine

I am sorry, I didn't put that down because I would have thought it a bit insulting to. Kinda like those labels on McDonald's coffee, "THIS BEVERAGE IS EXTREMELY HOT, DON'T HOLD IT IN YOUR CROTCH WHILE DRIVING."

Seriously though, just force a hug and be like "I don't care just break out, ya need it"

Thats what I'd do Big Grin

I would do that too Tongue The following are 2 quotes are a few of my favorites that i believe relate to anyone, just know that listening is sometimes all that you can do, being there is often better. I'll leave you to your interpretation because quotes are like that:

"When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives means the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving much advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a gentle and tender hand. The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is a friend who cares." --Henri Nouwen

“The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention... A loving silence often has far more power to heal and to connect than the most well-intentioned words.”- Rachel Naomi Remen

Good luck and believe in yourself. Do what feels right. I hope to have helped at least some.
