Still doesn't explain this sh[SIZE="2"]it[/SIZE]ty customer service they provide. If GMS were to have gotten the mass hackings instead of SEA, NEXON would be saying a lot of "Oh that's too bad, it's your responsibility" bulls[size="2"]hit[/size].

And dont forget giving us 2 hours of free 2x to make up for it, at a time inconvenient for most.

I voted their the same as always. They've been doing alright lately, still trying to squeeze the most money they can out of people.
Now this is the part where something's going to majorly screw up on their behalf.

Nexon is like a rollercoaster. They have ups and downs, but mostly downs

More like a flune. A slow, almost unnoticable ascent, followed by an abrupt obvious descent and in the end, everybody's all wet.

im thinking the lack of cheaters is more due to the institution of player GMs with banning capabilities than any nexon employees. the system is good and was needed, but nexon isnt putting the effort into banning people themselves because it would be a waste of several paid employees' time.

i voted status quo. ive disliked nexon a long time. maker is overdue and the cygnuses will be glitchy the same way they were upon release in msea. but at least theyre here.

I think Nexon's gotten a lot better since I joined in .56, but I still think they're at their normal. Still, my opinion could change if we get Krakia next patch...

Content wise they've improved. Overall as a company, they've declined heavily. It's sad to see a company with no actual customer service.

There was a ticker notice saying that MWLB was live a few weeks ago. At the very least, we can be sure that they have high-priority reporting, and it wouldn't surprise me if they were given the ability to conduct 1-day bans for not-so-serious, easily identifiable infractions (not likely).

Offtopic: my alliance likes to blame it on "MLB" whenever someone gets an inexplicable 1-day ban, and someone has to go "Major League Baseball!?".

I can guarantee you that ticker was an absolute bald faced lie and there is not a single active MWLB yet.

They won't have the necessary infrastructure in place to support them until this patch.

I don't hate Nexon, I don't hate the fact that they're trying to improve. But I do hate the fact that they seem to never communicate with the population of players hence the same old same old.

PS we need an option between same ol' shiz and they are the best thing ever, they are showing an improvement but nothing that would bump up their marks to "so much better than they used to be"

They are about the same as when I joined, but they do seem to be making an effort to improve. I wish they'd make more of an effort with customer service and fixing problems, though.

thats pretty interesting considering how theyve recently been trying to be forthcoming with information (like patch notes or server check shtuff). they REALLY need to hire a public relations staff.

It's not particularly on topic to my comment about the MWLB not being active.

I'm not particularly impressed by the level of communication from Nexon, even now. Giving us a bare minimum of the sort of info we should've had since day one is an improvement over dead silence, but it's not demonstrating the willingness to change they comitted to during 4th anniversary. It's the equivalent of learning to force a smile rather than actually trying to be friendly to people.

Nexon is okay I guess. I mean they did fix some bugs, but there's still a slew they need to fix. And really get into banning all the nasty hackers. And translating new areas correctly.
And updating there site. Still need improvement though.

And by eh, they're the same, I mean They're great, and always have been!
