whats with gMS and weird name changes? Just go with the flow.

SEA just directly translate from kMS and it doesnt affect the gameplay at all.
Typos dont count kay.

Cygnus knights < Knights of cygnus.

kMS totally did the whole Knights of cygnus logo already.. wtp =[

I guess what she/he meant is that since the name translations do not affect the gameplay, why bother changing them like what NexonA did?

This is funny coming from MSEA.

All versions have their own stupid translations from time to time. Unless you guys forgot about your Timeless Temple? lol

ima laughing at the Tales of Symphonia references :p *Emil learned Tonitrus*

At least Maple is being more formal this time around than changing the Area Bosses names into completely lame translations.

'Dual the Sol' from the Maxwell-extension in Tales of Eternia. ;P Now I know 'Sol' means Sun, haha.

There was a newsletter where it said that the "Time of Temple" was coming soon.

Why must everyone complain about translations? Online translators are far from perfect because languages have quirks that are influenced by many factors. When 2 different people translate the same material you can get different results. It is all a matter of what each translator thinks is important to convey meaning.

If you must complain about the translations, complain about the name Bowman for the job branch.

And suddenly, the names I had reserved for potential Cygnus classes aren't so out there anymore (all Latin based since it seemed like it fit the theme of their homeland to me at the time). Of course, I didn't get the names as simple as these, so it won't be a direct match (ex. the nightwalker is called violet pain in Latin backwards :f6Smile.

Anyway, these translations are OK IMO, however I hope it doesn't start in the direction of a corny trend (I realize the irony in my statement).

Er, the Knights of Cygnus job titles are available in English even on the Korean version if you play it. Not like it'd take much work to find the correct English translation even so, they're everywhere.

It's just a useless name change and in the majority opinion, it sounds stupid.
