[Update 8:00 PM Pacific] We have unblocked accounts that were banned due to this incident. If your account was blocked around 7:00 PM Pacific and it is still banned, you may submit a ticket to Customer Support so they can review the particular ban on your account.

Did they announce why accounts were being perma banned? I guessed it was probably related to the Zombie Virus EXP hack/exploit thing but dunno
