What about the buffs to supports as a whole? It feels like there's a lot of love for those who have really dropped off, particularly Lich, Windranger and KOTL. Lina's attack range has been increased yet again, with Laguna Blade now going through magic immunity, ergo BKB with a Scepter. Leshrac's Lightning Storm also now provies a massive 75% slow for 0.5 seconds. Omniknight will become even more adored by his allies with Repel no long removing positive buffs when cast, including Guardian Angel.

It's not all good news for supports - Earthshaker has had his fissure creep blocking essentially removed and DK's dominant Centaur Warrunner now has a hefty mana increase, now being 130 at all levels. Batrider's lasso cost has increased by 75 mana, which may see his prominence in the pro scene curtailed somewhat, although trees no longer being shown as destroyed in fog of war should satisfyfans of the bat for now.

How about that buff to Abaddon on his Aganahim's? 'Aghanim's Scepter Borrowed Time now redirects 35% of all damage dealt to nearby allied heroes to Abaddon when active'. It's hard to see in action, but this should make Abaddon even more of a horrible hero to come up against in a teamfight - rumours that Goblak has gone out to party in celebration are unfounded. As mentioned, Lina's Laguna Blade now rips straight through a BKB with Scepter equipped.

Jakiro's Macroypre is now doubled in length by an Aghs, while Keeper of the Light may be the biggest beneficary, with the monster upgrade of a permanent Spirit Form, alongside getting the effects of 'unobstructed vision and Illuminate heals allies for 75% of the damage values' during the day. Shadow Demon now gets two purge charges, while Omnknight gets a longer Guardian Angel.

Are we finally gonna see some nerf to imbaspirit and/or techies?

I'd like Techies to be released last... even add a new hero (one that isn't in Dota) before him just to f'uck around with people.
Hopefully the patch will be released when I'm feeling better so I get to have fun Big Grin

Reworked Snowball into a two-part ability: one which creates the snowball, and a sub-ability to launch the snowball. You have up to 4 seconds to use the sub-ability. The area that automatically pulls allies in has been reduced. [?]
You can now load an ally into your snowball within 400 range by right clicking on them
Snowball moves 75 MS faster for each allied hero inside it
Snowball deals 20/30/40/50 extra damage for each additional hero in it

Arc Lightning cast point improved from 0.4 to 0.2
Lightning Bolt true sight range reduced from 900 to 750
Lightning Bolt flying vision range reduced from 1000 to 750

Captain's draft =/= Captain's mode.
CM is the primarily used mode for the competitive scene while CD was recently used in Dota Cinema's tournament.

Bat should still be good, but not god of base defending.
Ogre magi might be legit.

And much more, especially juggernaut changes look legit as pineapple.

I swear they hating on Bats so hard. But on the other hand I suppose the fact pros kept picking him despite nerf after nerf really meant something. That and Icefrog probably doesn't want a Batrider flooded TI4. Mirana nerf will make arrow still a good TP/channel interrupter, so I'm sure she won't be affected by this too much.

bat no longer can get a casual 9 minute blink dagger every game which even by itself is a good thing. he's just so goddamned safe of a pick. the idea that your bat won't have blink+force by about 15 minutes is laughable unless something has gone drastically wrong in every lane. and then he never falls off very hard.
