I've been wondering what his overall character role in the game was, or where the idea of his design came from.
Is he by chance the younger/older brother of Cody?

Gaga is just one of the few npcs that are designed to look like some of the maplestory developer/programmers or something around that, there was a video showing the person and their npc, which included gaga, the event npc with a guitar, and other event npcs i cant seem to recall.
