Or you could come to KMS. . .A lot of our NX is permanent for the same prices as lolGMS. Only a few things aren't permanent, like pets, or REALLY cheap sale items(365 days).

There are two sides to this, really. I know myself personally, I'd buy <some> permanent items just because I'll always be using them.
However, with that in mind, there are lots of people out there who enjoy changing their look every few months and look forward to a time when they can go in cash shop and try out various combos to get something they like. If the items were permanent, then they'd just end up having a whole closet of nx items, lol.
That being said, I'd like for the option to be available to us and depending on what, I'd definitely grab permanent versions of some items, such as pet loots, pets, etc.
Here's an interesting idea: A super expensive charm that never expires, lololol.

I really disagree with the exp loss system we have. The higher level you get, the worse you suffer from death (longer training time to make up exp loss). High LUK causes less exp loss, which directly gives a 2/12 classes a MAJOR benefit that doesn't really make sense (and to a lesser extent, 3 other classes). I'd like to see a declining penalty, starting at maybe start at 10% and drop .5% with each bracket of 10 levels (Ie, a lv 140 would only lose 3%)

But again, who could say no to permanently making dying trivial to the point it can be downright laughable to see how many different ways you can die?

That's generalized. Maybe someone wants to die to every single monster in the game at least once. Who knows? Again, nothing like 0% EXP loss for dying.
