Hmm...
I have RBY on this 31-in-1 game cartridge, GSC in separate cartridges (Silver's a bootleg copy I think. Can't save in Crystal.), GS and RB on a 6-in-1 cartridge (bought because my Silver kept crashing when I went north from Cherrygrove), FRLG, RSE (though S vanished along with my GBA/SP). I've definitely played the pokemon TCG game before, but I can't find the cartridge. o.O
Oh, and I definitely have a copy of Red somewhere, but I'm not sure where it went.

Yeah. She's at the bottom of one of the floors in Mt. Pyre. No more jump-scares or anything; she just says "No, you're not the one." when you talk to her.

The RNG is so against me in this game it is truly ridiculous. I am getting hit with criticals in pretty much every battle, every single electric attack used against me is paralyzing me, and then I can be paralyzed and not able to move 3 times in a row, I am getting hurt by confusion several times in a row too, and every single pokemon I fight seems to either have a way of causing confusion or sand attack.
Not only that but my attacks are all getting shafted by the RNG as well with moves like Pin Missile hitting 2 times when 3 times would have beaten the enemy for example.
I just got whited out against Archie because all his pokemon know fucking Swagger and I seriously was unable to land a hit on his sharpedo because I got hit with confusion every single time.
It's too frustrating for me to even enjoy the game right now.

Does anyone use pokemon on their team with hm moves that arnt slaves? I'm looking for a water type for my party. Im using a Pelliper right now, she could potentially learn fly and surf, but what about waterfall and dive?? Are there better pokes to try? Or just have hm slaves for these roles?
oh and when i say better pokes i dont mean like -list every OU water poke available- i just mean if pelliper is like utter pomegranate or something lol

Sharpedo is an excellent water HM slave! Not only does he have his own sprite when Surfing, he also Surfs 2x as fast!

Absolutely!
I have to. No wasted space on the team because that would defeat the purpose of playing a nuzlocke challenge.
I gave Dive to Winston(Azumarill), Surf to Frederick(Swampert) and Fly to Jig(Crobat). It's been a week and a half since I last played the game because of exams so I forget who had what ever else...
But yeah...with third gen I always carried around 2+ water pokes because of the HMs.
Edit: You can always move deleter stuff later if you really want/need to.

Crit rates seem to have risen in general, or at least that's how it seems to me.
Get a Yellow Flute. That's the first I do when I get to that ash-covered route in every Hoenn game.
Speaking of the RNG, I fought the E4 last night...and Glacia's pokemon used around 8 Blizzards in total. Only one missed. That has a 2.47% chance of happening, if you actually calculate the probability.
On the other hand, Steven's M-Metagross proceeded to miss my M-Swampert twice with Giga Impact (1%), so I guess it's cool.
