Yar. If only I had more time. I would still like to, but training the pokes will be another issue, since the ones I want I do not have (yet).
Lemme take a guess though, the battles will have the pokemon's levels set to a flat amount, right?

So how are we gonna keep the game fair and clean? Telling other gymleaders or e4 or super dork @KhainiWest; about other peoples pokes and only giving us 10 to use? I have at least 2 competitive ready teams that basically run off 12 pokemon. And how are we going to be sure said "challenges" are fair to the users battling? Why can't it just be based skill determining who actually wins because of time and effort and not the possibility of a jimped event?
And no Mega Stones? That's retarded. You're limiting a mechanic that was given to use in Gen 6 to use to enjoy and you're telling us we can't use it? That's like saying "Heres a new flavor of Peanutbutter! But you can't use it till!" That's total piss.
Also no rules about Banned pokemon? Because some banned pokemon are ran off non-legendaries as well. Can we actually just play by smogon rules or something?

The gym leader will have the same limitations. It's really to imitate the pokemon origins series when Brock selected two pokemon. Although two vs an entire team of 6 would be impossible unless a handicap was present. In this case a level difference, but it just makes it more complicated.

Against the gym leaders no. The gym leaders also don't use mega pokemon, not because they don't want too, but to round out other pokemon and other strategies to use. It be pretty lame for the ghost trainer to run in and sweep people with mega gengar. We aren't necessarily going all out pro about this, it's more about the quirky nature of it. We want people to be challenged, not discouraged, so no one is running these "obliterate" teams. In fact the gym leaders are 10x more limited than you are.

Those are listed, XYZ Mega Gengar and Speed blaziken. It's hard to go strictly by smogon rules when all of gen 6 hasn't been at all certified. We just know mega gengar/blaziken really is too much of a power house to handle without pokebank to give us counters. Other than that, I pretty much listed all of smogon's rules, unless there's another you want to point out
