Welcome to the Southperry Pokemon league! In this test of skill you'll have to go through the 8 Gym leaders, the Elite 4 and myself, the champion. Man it feels good to say that.
The guidelines of this tournament are as follows;

Champion is me. Bring all you got.
PM the leaders you would like to challenge to arrange a time.
The guidelines of this tournament are as follows;
Rules
-After much discussion within the gym leaders, the following pokemon are banned:
X/Y/Z Legendaries
Blaziken with speed boost
Mega Gengar
Mewtwo, and the Mega variants
-Sleep clause effect, which means you cannot put have two pokemon asleep at one given time on the other team. This is to make sure an entire team cannot be simply put to sleep then set up on for an effortless win.
-You can't have two pokemon with the same pokedex entry on one given team. So you can't have a team of nothing but ditto's or more than one rotom form.
-Accuracy diminishing effects (Bright powder, minimize, double team) are banned, the ability "Moody" is banned and lastly no 1hko moves
-You will be allowed to enter 10 pokemon. These 10 pokemon can be rotated as much as you want up until even challenging me and items can be rotated as well. If you find you have to make a change and replace any of those 10 pokemon, you can, however the consequence is you lose all of your progress.
-Each gym will offer a specific unique challenge by the gym leader. It's up to the gym on how many pokemon you can use, or the type of battle you will be taking.
-Disconnects. This will be a judgement I will leave solely on the gym leader, they aren't there to necessarily beat the crap out of you, but to challenge your skill level. If you dc, and the match was deemed already lost, hopefully, in agreement, then it will count as a loss. Other than that it will be qualified as a rematch. If you disagree with the gym leaders decision, you can PM me, and I'll discuss it with them, but you better present an accurate case.
If you're found to be "rage dcing", such as getting a critical moment miss/critical hit, it will be treated as two losses against you.
-*Gym Clause* You need 4 badges to attempt to challenge the Elite 4. You get two chances per gym to get the badge, if you lose both times you cannot acquire that badge. The only way to unlock that lost badge would be to challenge every other gym leader. Worse case scenario is that you lose every single one but one, you can cycle through those badges again. A change has been made,(11/20/13 9:55AM EST) to insure the gym leaders don't get overwhelmed, if you have less than 3 Badges left, you'll be able to challenge each gym twice a day, with two chances to win. This "cooldown" may change in the future to adjust the workload the leaders will have.
-*Elite 4 Clause*You have 4 chances to beat the all 4 members of the elite 4 in succession. You can rotate your 10 pokemon anytime between the matches as well as the items. When you run out of chances, you will lose a badge and must follow the *Gym Clause*.Changes have been made You will have 3 chances, you will lose a badge if you fail all 3 chances, which the gym clause will come into effect.
-*Champion Clause*You will have 3 chances to beat the champion. The 6 pokemon you select as well as the items cannot be changed at any time, so select wisely. If you lose to the champion you will return to the E4 clause. Changes has been made. It will be only two chances before jumping back to the elite 4.
-You nor the gym leader can use Mega pokemon until the elite 4/Champion. You may however use the pre-mega of any of the eligible pokemon until that point, with a different item other than the mega stone.
There will be two prizes given out for the following conditions, you are the first to defeat the champion or collect all 8 badges and defeat the E4/Champion. The first person to defeat the champion will recieve 1 out of the 2 prizes, one being digital, the other being tangible. If you manage the later and have all 8 badges, you will be given both prizes. Anyone that defeats the champion gets to represent as the champion along with one additonal perk which will be revealed after the champion is defeated. The team you used will be the one to defend the title.

Gym leaders
@Razmos;
THE GRASS TRAINER. Much like the one in X and Y. But Delphox won't save you in this case.
@Soph;
THE GROUND TRAINER. Earth bender by blood, earthquake temper by nature.
@Loose;
POISON TRAINER. He won't finish you off quickly, after all, he's a gentleman.
@Reako;
NORMAL TRAINER. He doesn't need type advantages, he just needs you to underestimate him.
@Locked;
Unfortunately he had to leave his gym to repair his old town that was recently hit by a tornado.
@Felicitates;
NEW CHALLENGER APPEARS, THE WATER TRAINER. The Kalos empress, you may have seen her Golden Milotic statue during your adventure. Interrupt her precious teatime and she may bust your crumpets.
@ShinkuDragon;
FAIRY TRAINER. Probably should look up what the lore of fairies are before knocking this guy off as a sissy, because they don't beat you to death, THEY TORTURE.
@JayShee;
FIRE TRAINER. BURN BABY BURN. Collateral damage? MORE LIKE EFFICIENCY.
@Bomber;
GHOST TRAINER. Paranormal activity was just a home video of his team on vacation.

Prizes
As you read, there are two prizes.
1) When pokebank opens I will be transfering a 6 IV, Japanese Ditto. This a breeders dream pokemon with higher chance of shinies, and easier IV breeding.
2) Pokemon plushie of your choice of pokemon. (50-70 dollar value) so you know I'm not being a cheap brat about this.
If you are the first to beat the elite 4/champion you will be able to choose one of these prizes.
However, if you manage to have all 8 badges AND beat the E4/Champion, you will get both.

, so I get an idea how many challengers there are. By the way the prizes can be tangible or digital, I'll ask in private once you accomplish it
