Yeah, thanks! I've taken a liking to Gliscor this gen so I've been looking forward to working one into my team. Biggrin

Was looking for a Sharpedo for my Pokedex, and this guy popped up;

My first shiny (ever). Caught it in one quick ball.

So uh...

Day 1 of playing this game, and I haven't even hit the second gym yet.

My entire party got infected with Pokerus. :f6:

Damn, that's lucky.

Store an infected pokemon in the box before it hits midnight so you don't lose it!

Done and done!

EV Training was never my thing (I am not the competitive type), but I might actually delve into it sometime now...

It's A LOT easier, especially because of hordes. Maybe you'll get the guts to challenge the southperry league Rolleyes

It was never my thing either, I think this gen has made it much more accessible to casual players, and has actually made it quite fun (when done in small amounts Tongue)

And my first Friend Safari shiny is...

Pokémon X and Y Playthrough Discussion - GraveJokerR - 2013-11-17

Literally 3 mins into my hunting in the Friend Safari for a male Espurr in a dusk ball with Sp. Att and Speed IVs and with Own Tempo and a Modest nature, I find a shiny Duosion.
It has a modest nature, and unfortionately, Regenerator.

Pokémon X and Y Playthrough Discussion - Razmos - 2013-11-17

I think it's been confirmed at this point that the shiny rate is 1/4096 now as opposed to 1/8192.

regenerator is a good ability still, not the BEST, but still very good.

and yeah, the chance has definitely gone down, the shiny value checker seems to pretty much confirm it

Pokémon X and Y Playthrough Discussion - Saber - 2013-11-19

I've been really lucky with shinies this time around. Not going to count chain fishing since it's really easy, but I've found a shiny Sandshrew and Hawlucha in the friend safari without even trying and a shiny Psyduck, Hoppip, and Mareep through horde battles within 30 minutes of starting. Hooray!

Pokémon X and Y Playthrough Discussion - Pink Bean - 2013-11-19

someone must really hate klefki because this guy immediately disconnected when i led with it

oh battle spot u funny (i don't even run the annoyer swagkey set)

mega shiny ampharos actually is lighter in color compared to the purple regular amphy has. it's really pretty, actually!
XPMW-WWWW-WWW3-2BCS if anyone wants to see what i'm talking about. it comes in on turn 2 so no need to wait long.

(testing togetic too, it works pretty well since i put my leftovers on carbink, my female togekiss does not have encore but is a direct scizor counter)

Pokémon X and Y Playthrough Discussion - Zerard - 2013-11-19

W-would anyone be willing to part with their Charizardite Y? Pretty please? :[

I also don't want to trade my X

Silly question, how does one raise their O-Power? All of mine are level 1 and all.

By using them. They level up faster when used on other people rather than yourself.

Aw, I've been doing that! I guess it takes quite a few... and I should probably actually use the same ones more often. :I *loloops*

Anyone have a Tyranitarite that they're willing to part with?
