On official website. The definite ask and answer thread about Tespia! - Herborist - 2010-07-07 Hazzy Wrote:I think they're level 130-something. I'm just saying, I have high hopes given the situation. At the very least it opens up new spots for those who are 150+ and have damage that makes hunting anything easy. I was asking, because I can see Nexon doing either. :/ OrangeGuy Wrote:No its one per character. On that same note, I'd like to pass along something spadow said on his blog: add your points starting from your latest job, heading backwards. It reduces mistakes. (so start with 4th, then 3rd, etc) The definite ask and answer thread about Tespia! - Hazzy - 2010-07-07 Herborist Wrote:Most of the videos/blogs/posts I've seen say that they're getting 3 scrolls - whether that's per character or per account, I don't know, but I do know that none of the blogs seem disappointed about it, so I'm led to believe that it's per character. Tespia got 3 per character the other day. That's why people are(were?) unsure of what kMS would get. The definite ask and answer thread about Tespia! - Saar331 - 2010-07-07 Hi The 1h sword and 2h sword formulas are the same? do 1h swords still do less dmg even if they have 150 att would a 2h with 140att still beat them? The definite ask and answer thread about Tespia! - modular - 2010-07-07 how does beholder healing work now? (was it scrapped?) The definite ask and answer thread about Tespia! - Arroz - 2010-07-07 Saar331 Wrote:Hi I got's this one! Nope they aren't the same 1-h is a multiplier of 1.1 and 2-h swords is a multiplier of 1.29 and Nope considering the speed difference 1-h will still win out depending on gear since you still need a decent attack shield to compensate, but really with absolutely no shield or defensive skills given to heroes now we're encouraged to use 2-h. Not like that's gona stop me any time soon The definite ask and answer thread about Tespia! - jrvillarreal - 2010-07-07 Is luk heavily required in the new mage accuracy formula? Are lukless mages dead? They appear to be, in the sense of pumping INT and never wearing anything with Luk. With Potential scrolls and the 163 staves/staff, low LUK seems the best option. It might be feasible to get the Magical Accuracy required for hitting stuff with gear alone, but I'm not sure. LUK gear isn't nearly as easy to come by as DEX. LUK gear isn't nearly as easy to come by as DEX. It would be good to know exactly how much luk will be required, so as to prepare. Is there now a visible magic accuracy stat that advances as you add luk points the same way the physical accuracy does now when you add dex? I guess the KMS lukless mages must be frantic trying to level for ap or acquired luk equips since they only had a couple weeks to prepare. Or are they not so much into statless builds over there? Thats going to suck for DrKs and Arans The definite ask and answer thread about Tespia! - Hazzy - 2010-07-07 There is a separate "Magical Accuracy" meter next to "Weapon Accuracy". Not sure how kMS likes statless builds. zHelms are dirt cheap in the FM, compared to gMS. I'd think statless builds are common. jrvillarreal Wrote:Thats going to suck for DrKs and Arans And Archers, and NLs (they deserve it), and pirates. Is there now a visible magic accuracy stat that advances as you add luk points the same way the physical accuracy does now when you add dex? There is, but the formula's something that makes it fine to be lukless (INT + 2 LUK + gear acc). The problem is the monster hit formula - we don't know how that's calculated, so there's no real guide to how much acc you need. modular Wrote:the shield must provide > 17% increase to overall range to overcome the deficit from a smaller multiplier with everything else equal. not too hard to obtain with say... 3 6% str boosts or w att scrolling, but itll be hyper specific. someone on a budget will prolly be better off with 2h, especially if fast5 2h swords are available. for the uber rich, youre right. Why set everything else equal? The 1h swords are in general faster than 2h swords, which gives them about an 8% boost in dps, and it's not like you'd use a statless shield. Even a fairly average scrolled warrior shield with 10 str 10 atk is gonna be about a 5% increase in base w.atk, so you only need to identify it with another 5% str to beat the 2h setup. |
