Why would we? It's a cool skill.
If it's possible to use Power Strike for 120 levels, why not Crusher for like 90? Few people pass that anyway.
I personally don't look at anything except for my surroundings to decide where to move, what to do next, usually subconsciously but you get the idea. When I had lower lvl Zerk, one wrong move and any skele could've kicked my ass any moment, so no, it's not boring.

I still train with power strike at skeles, its pretty fast and a decent replacement for sacrifice if your hp is already too low. you dont have to spam the same skills to train faster.

Ya know, I thought the same thing when I was a shadower. wtp is so special about a dark knight, its just a slower, slightly weaker hero with a lil more hp.
Well I made one, and it is fun. I can't explain why but it is. Having high hp, inexpensive equips, and constant party availability is just appealing to me. Peoples greatest and only insult is typically hb mule. Well, that's not enough of a flaw to throw me off the character.
It's fun doing buster, the sounds the skills make are attractive, the skills are buffs, its like a melee version of a NL. I enjoy making a class that takes work to reach their potential. Hell Darks typically suck until they have:
Behold
Zerk
Stance
Right there is 25 levels before actually feeling what its like being a dark knight.

I have experimented with lv 1 magnet, and found that it could be really useful at max. I have only set it aside because it doesn't help at all with bossing, which is my current goal - I want to be able to fight Pink Bean, and for that I need more Achilles to safely take his attacks.
