Games that shouldn't be on there but are include... 80% of the list. Skyward Sword shouldn't even be on there because it's not pineappleing out. I'm not saying it's not GOTY worthy but technically NO ONE KNOWS. I don't understand why they couldn't wait until Monday to release their garbage list but whatever. pomegranate is an embarrassment.

SERIOUSLY WHY THE pineapple IS BATMAN IN THE MUSIC CATEGORY? THAT SOUNDTRACK IS TERRIBLE.

It's just that, you know, Minecraft's only "this year" on a technicality and To The Moon should be there (and also for Best Original Score) because that's really the second or third best game I've played this year.

tl;dr: bias is horrible and stupid and To The Moon is wonderful

Also, Portal 2 is much better than Portal 1. I mean, seriously, even the writing is amazingly improved, and I really liked Portal 1's writing to begin with.

I'm surprised and glad that MW3 isn't getting much recognition from Spike. I believe it was only nominated for best shooty.
