Well I made the mistake of doing that for brawl (even buying the wii JUST for it).
There's no way I'm gonna be a first adopter for the game AND buying a wii U just for it this time. I think a lot of the melee fans will know that too now. The simple fact that Sakurai just does not want the game to be competitive put us off. But either way, we're the "minority" and SSB4 will rake in tons of profit either way.

I don't care about the competitive edge at all. I loved how quick it was, brawl felt clumsy to me, hell even the adventure mode was disappointing.

I never get any thing when it first comes out. I never even bought Brawl, I borrowed it and returned it.
