As a Trick Room abuser, I'm sure anyone sharing the strategy will be pretty pleased with this! As long as Mega Slowbro becomes a both-sides tank and Mega Audino a more solid supporter. Hoping here their base speed remain untouched. ; - ;

As someone who uses Slowbro on my main team...that mega is horrible. Why? And Shell Armor? I think I'll stick with regenerator Slowbro and lefties.

Mega Audino looks pretty cool, at least the first gen 5 gets a mega but I didn't really see Audino getting one.
Mega Slowbro is meh, I don't really get why it wasn't Slowking who got one instead.
My guess is this was the special announcement that was going to be announced by Masuda in the coming days, which could explain the accidental upload. He was probably going to announce this at worlds as well.

People already used Slowbro for competitive play while Slowking doesn't see as much play. Would've made more sense to me to see Slowking get the mega since it might make him used more, but pokemon like Lucario and Garchomp who were used a lot in competitive play beforehand got a mega. I guess this is like Gardevoir as well, where Gallade didn't get a mega but Gardevoir did.

The design will not please every Slowbro user for sure, but competitive-wise it looks to be way handier.
Talking by personal experience, the usual final escenario of a battle is my Slowbro struggling/stalling alone after walling everything better than the rest of my team, so an increased Defense and Shell Armor is more appealing for survivability, since it can use Slack Off. Also, Oblivious has worked great for me to boost the probabilities of ensuring a TR setting on the first turn.
