Yes, monster park got rebalanced. There's one for pretty much every 10 levels now. More info here.

There's quite a bit of stuff from both Mabinogi and Dungeon Fighter, mostly cash hats, as far as I can tell, and I'm pretty sure the Succubusroid is based on Mabinogi's Succubus.

I had to look very closely for about 10 repititions of the gif to see it and it's barely noticeable. It's literally the movement of like 3 pixels downwards a tiny bit.

The last two are the effects of soul weapons I believe, based on the name. Top one is off, the bottom is on.
