Bigfoot questions, wheres toe? and hp needed? - Hendrix - 2008-12-08

i have a friend i/l and he tried solo BF, he was doing fine but for some reason when BF runs no one can stop that beast >_< what make a hard task to mages kill him or kb him into the corner, i believe the only place possible to mages kill him is on forgotten path but still hard to do =[

Assuming you have maxed Teleport, it shouldn't be too hard to zap past Bigfoot when he's running toward you. I can usually manage it. Also, I've been told that if you have a mount, you can jump over him because only the bottom part of BF actually does touch damage... though I haven't tried that yet.

Speaking from personal experience, Mages vs Bigfoot will take a long time unless they are really high levels. I was with a 127 and 134 (I/L and F/P, respectively) and from his HP bar I could tell it was going to take about two hours. About an hour into it, however, a 120 Bowmaster joined us and were done about 10 minutes later. Tongue

On my Nightlord, from levels 120-130 I got about 17 toes. Someone can do the math and figure it out if they want. But, that's a really low drop rate. D:

The mount part is true for MOST part, but it almost has to be perfect to the millimeter otherwise itll be flying tombstones.

Mages VS bigfoot is not as hard as youre making it, once big foot faces the wall, you can use chain lightning on his ass and itll just whop him, though it does take a while. Slow does help for the most part if you havent tried that yet. if the i/l can hit at least 3k to the 1st- 4th(mob control) monster then its pretty easy once you can get it into the wall.

id say its like a 25% drop rate or something, highest streak for me without a toe is 13.

Ahhh... well, you are right. We never tried to corner it or attack from behind! I'll try to remember that in another 2x levels when I have some CL to my name. Wink

un boostered thunder spear is pretty useful to me when dealing with glitch kb mobs because the timing is perfect to knock it into a wall and keep it there. i also have a priest who can spam magic claw to keep it kbed =D

sry to make that bumb on my own thread ^^

but finally i got hp needed to get hit using power guard and dont die in just 1 single hit

the funny thing, is not just about HP but also DEF, atm i have 9977 HP, what is enough to take a hit and survive, but every time he hit me my hp drop to 150 ~ 200, but using pot of 20 def my hp drop to 300 ~ 350, for me that is alot due just 20 def bonus

so i assume if you are a warrior with PG max and 460 def (pot def include) you need 9800 ~ 9850 hp to not die in just 1 hit, i believe max hit is 9700 with that amount of def

btw that def is without HT pendant what is 250 def, i did test with my friend wearing HT pendant, and BF hit 9000 ~ 9200 on him, what means less hp needed but idk for sure how much

that is all, now i love def +_+

BFs dmg is weird. When my lvl 15x hero friend tried to BF with around 9.7 hp, he dies in one hit while max dmg BF hits me lvl 17x pally is 9.4. And the thing is, I took off my def equipments so that he has more wdef than me, and still, it 1hko's him and BF dmg on me barely change O_o

i believe you have achilles no? :f6: if so, demage reduction in you is higher

as i said, with 460 def, 9.7k is the max hit of BF, your friend need atleast 9800 ~9850 hp and that amount of def to survive 1h k.o, check later how many def he has ^^
