if it's possible to get it without the glitch annoying you, then i guess i'll get my guild and do it then.
The glitch doesn't come into play for the quest that gives you the dragon squad certificate. All the things you need are dropped by mobs. The only hard part is 1. finding a pianus and 2. finding 5 other people to do their HT prequest and go in HTPQ with you. Once inside you can repeat HTPQ over and over until all of you have the 3 needed drops.

You don't even have to do that. You can stay in one room and let the mobs continually spawn. So long as you don't finish the room, they will keep coming.
