Just to add to the are battle mages good at dealing damage spiel, We have waaaaaaaaaaaay better gear for them than KMS does. Yes, their main appeal in a party is the aura, but they aren't looking too shabby aside from that.
Personally i just love the playstyle. Tele-spamming warrior with badass pseudo steampunk magic? Yes please.
