They do this because it's a sign of careless neglect/laziness/unprofessional conduct to communicate with your customers with poor usage of their native tongue. Gotta love capitalism.

Aside from issues with basic English that are absolutely unacceptable for public statements made by a multi-million dollar corporation that tries to prove they're "big time," the fundamental sentence structure and flow is comprable to that of 5th graders.
