Are you in shape? - Super_cyp - 2010-03-29 I'm a normal weight. it said 24.6 BMI whatever :f6: though converting is such a pain sometimes xDD I don't feel in shape though, and I know I'm not. I used to be pretty fit, I could run without getting tired, if I run now I get tired really quickly, and you get that pressure of exhaustion when you really haven't run that far. I need to start exercising again, because I just feel pitiful in myself knowing I'm letting all those years of exercise and training go to waste. Are you in shape? - Retalion - 2010-03-29 My BMI is somewhere between 20.2 and 20.9. I dont go out of my way to exercise, and I dont feel I get enough, but Im really busy (At church around 15-20 hours a week + 7 courses). That being said, athletically, I can hold my own. For someone who doesnt exercise or practice at sports, I can play them at a decent level. I walk at a pace of roughly 1.5-2 blocks per minute, and I could drop and do 50 pushups and 50 situps if I ever had to without difficulty (not sure if those numbers are high or low...)...I just dont. I used to swim as a kid, but the more I hear about gross pool stories, the more unmotivated I am to swim. Perhaps its from swimming, but even without exercising, I have muscles (nothing over bulgy, but existent) on my arms and legs. No six pack or anything, but also no hanging belly. For myself, as long as Im able to function and do everything that I want to, I`m fine with it. Of course, how much longer it`ll last is a different issue, but I`ll go with it for now. The most exercise I get is the 20-30 minutes a day I spend walking around campus, to and from bus stops, etc. Are you in shape? - SaptaZapta - 2010-03-29 "Of course I'm in shape. Round is a shape." Sedentary. Been that way since I was a wee bookworm. Are you in shape? - Corn - 2010-03-29 Sedentary ftw :3. Are you in shape? - madanthony - 2010-03-29 34 BMI and dropping. Down from ~36. As Wii Fit tells me in adorable voice-over: "That's obese!" Are you in shape? - tzk221 - 2010-03-29 Overweight. Gained freshmen fifty. Are you in shape? - Milelke - 2010-03-29 A bit overweight. I'm trying to do something about it though. I have fat(Cheeks, makes an oval head) in my face that I want to get rid of. |
