Are you in shape?
#1
This is a really conceited thought, but I'm honestly curious. I honestly don't care if you lie, you'll just be lying to yourself.

Are you in shape, Southperry?

EDIT: This link might help. (Thank you Providence)

I wouldn't say I'm in shape, but I wouldn't call myself fat or overweight. BMI's like 23. :|

Sorta between underweighed and in-shape. Around Summer, I do lift and jog almost daily, it's like an obsession. If it's not Summer, I slack-off and do nothing. At times, lift if I feel like it. I do have muscles, though it doesn't show as well as back then, due to the lack of daily exercise.

Edit ; I do go out daily though, socializing and stuff. So I don't always sit around at home on my ass and get lazy, or become under-weighed or whatever.

I'm underweight. Sad I used to be fit when I was taking Tae Kwon Do, but well... Depression killed that one!

Currently doing 8 rep sets of about 115 lbs. Dunno what my max is or if that means I'm in shape.

I haven't had proper exercise for nearly a year (no mandatory PE class), so I guess sedentary.

Push ups are painful...

I must agree. I dislike doing push-ups the most out of all of the exercises I've done. I do enjoy crunches and sit-ups, but push-ups are annoying. I'm not talking about those ones that you shake your arms a couple of times and call that a "push-up", that's done incorrectly as well. I usually do my push-ups at a really slow and even pace, trying to gain balance and posture.

Kudos for doing push-ups though.

Yeah. Every few months or so I get guilty about myself and do some half-assed exercises (by half-assed I don't mean girly. I mean proper, but not very much) or run a little, and then I die for a couple of days. I really should probably make it routine, but what can I say? Laziness.

At least I don't think I look unhealthy...

I lift two/three times a week and run once a week. I'm like 10 pounds overweight but that's ok, because I'm a pretty good-looking individual regardless.

I'm a 92lbs 5'6" female individual.

I suffer from anemia and can't work out without passing out every so often.

My biggest problem is my diet, as I'm supposed to be on a special high carb diet so I can put on more weight.
But well, unfortunately, my mother is too well, unsupportive about it that I'm unable to complete the diet routine.

So hi! My name is Larka and I'm an unhealthy individual.

[Edit] 14.8 BMI.

I'm fat and not afraid to admit it. I'm in the same situation as Russt (no mandatory PE) but I'm working on it.

My BMI's 18.5. (5'9", 125 lbs. Not muscular by any means.) As for being in (or out of) shape, I'm somewhere in between. I've been in better shape, but I'm not really that out of shape (I still get to do physical activities every now and then), so I don't really know.

I'm not in shape,
but I'm not obese.

I feel that my looks are a big contributor to why I do not have a boyfriend.
Which is why on periodic instances I go anorexic for a few days and then give up.

Oh and my BMI is 20.1, but I don't have accurate measurements. (~140 lbs, 5'10'')

I'm pretty obsessive about my weight. I'm a little over weight, but not obese. And I am active. (I walk/ bike whenever possible rather than car/bus). I sometimes do the anorexic thing when I'm emo'ing about my weight. Like the poster above, I've convinced myself that my weight is the reason I've never had a boyfriend.

I decided to lie to myself and say I'm in shape though Tongue

No, I have a self-consciousness about my weight and I acknowledge it. I plan to work out with some sports but I'm lazy and haven't done anything thus far. I'm trying to overcome my procrastination though.

Am in shape. San Francisco hills are wonderful for exercise.

Am also training for another half marathon in May. Chin

Well, I'm underweight, for my height. But at the same time, I'm a cross-country runner, so that might be the reason why. My body's disproportionate as well. My arms are skinny as hell and my chest honestly looks like I'm a POW, but my legs are way too overly muscular. I need to start doing more lifting and pushups. >_<

18.2 BMI from that thing. But I'm not an adult yet. o_o;;
