It means the image is released on November 18th. Except the image is already uploaded on the server, but not published on the MapleStory 2 homepage yet.

I've been waiting for something like this for about a year now. I'm actually curious how MapleStory 2 will do. Do they already have an audience planned? I would assume people from MapleStory and those who quit.

Something about the art style turns me off, it looks so off and... not crisp enough. Maybe it's the textures?

This, its like the only thing they want to carry from MS1 is the low specs requirement so everyone can play it (although MS1 requires like 3 times the specs its supposed to because of stupid glitches). I don't like it, it was OK in MS1 because the artstyle is animeish but here... I just can't help notice the polygonic arms and the overuse of straight lines to draw the figure.

There isn't really any "hoping" in that regard. Maplestory 2 WILL have a far superior and secure infrastructure. That is undeniable. Things are way different now than they were 10 years ago. We can all quit the "inb4 dupes and hacks" bullcrap now.

He isn't wrong. It is a fact that the infrastructure will be superior and secure to what was there at the same point in MS1's existence (or even at the point MS1 is at now). However, i agree that it is extremely silly to think that it will be unhackable knowing that fact. Discussing it on the other hand is pointless. We know literally nothing. We don't even know if it will use hackshield or what the f'uck else, how could you argue it one way or the other?
